Nice to meet you on your blogg. I feel that you have a passion for your Vancouver Island and the beautiful kayaks you produce. That all comes forward in your writing and pictures / movie. Many thinks in that remains me of Norway, but the loneness and number of bears surpasses, I think, in general the conditions here. Please continue to give us an insight in your country and the state of Canadian kayaking. And lets have a close up look of Spartan.
Hi, and welcome to my blog. My name is Robin Thacker and I am the owner and designer of Atlantis Kayaks. Inc. located right here on Vancouver Island. This summer a few friends and I will attempt to kayak through Vancouver Island by sea kayak. The trip begins at sea level, is 157 km long, rises upward 2 km, and crosses the complete width of Vancouver Island from Cambell River on the east coast to Bedwell Sound on the west coast. The trip entitled "A Slice Through Paradise" is being documented to show how fragile the spectacularly pristine state of our Island is.
